Peer Consultation Group
Our peer consultation group is a dedicated space for associate-level or candidate-level clinicians across all licensure types (MFTC, LPCC, etc.,) to build clinical confidence and professional community. We prioritize a relational, trauma-informed lens that values inclusivity and mutual support as you navigate the complexities of early-career practice.
Structure & Goals: The group meets monthly in a virtual format, focusing on case conceptualization, community building, and navigating the unique stressors of pre-licensure work. Our goal is to foster clinical resilience and long-term professional sustainability through shared wisdom and guided peer feedback.
