Virtual Trauma Therapist

In Colorado

Hi there! I’m Reaghan Beaver, a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate with a deep appreciation for the interconnectedness of our experiences.

I integrate mindfulness, parts-informed work, somatic practices, and relational attunement into our work together. As your virtual trauma therapist, I will guide you to gently get curious about the places that feel “stuck,” and I’ll walk alongside you as you navigate the uncertainty with more clarity and self-trust.

I received my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Regis University and have pursued additional training in the Gottman Method (Level 1) and Brainspotting. I’ve also trained in working with first responders and am a Certified First Responder Associate, with continued learning in parts-informed work (IFS) and expanding the window of tolerance. This foundation allows me to support you in navigating chronic stress, trauma, and relational strain with care that feels both practical and deeply attuned.

I am a currently supervised by H. Luis Vargas, Ph.D.,  LMFT (CO #0001363) as I am working towards Colorado's requirements for licensure.

When I’m not in the office, you can usually find me listening to an audiobook while playing Candy Crush, soaking up the sun, or training for my next running race.

I am a virtual trauma therapist offering therapy to clients throughout Colorado.
