Brainspotting Therapy

Brainspotting is a powerful, focused treatment method that works by identifying, processing and releasing core neurophysiological sources of emotional and physical pain. It utilizes the visual field to access the brain's internal processing systems.

  • Access deeply stored trauma in the subcortical brain
  • Process stress without needing extensive talk therapy
  • Relieve symptoms of anxiety, depression, and PTSD
  • Enhance creativity and physical performance through regulation

Begin Your Journey

Taking the first step is often the hardest part. Give yourself a pat on the back for being here. You deserve support that honors your pace and your nervous system's capacity for healing.

What should I expect in our first session?

The first session is about getting to know you. We'll explore what brings you in, how your nervous system is responding currently, and begin establishing a relationship where you feel heard and supported. We move at your pace, never forcing a narrative that feels overwhelming.

Do you offer online therapy outside of Colorado?

Currently, our clinicians are licensed to provide therapy exclusively to individuals and couples residing within the state of Colorado. We offer trauma-informed somatic care through a secure, confidential telehealth platform that honors your privacy and comfort.

How do I know if Brainspotting is right for me?

Brainspotting is a powerful tool for those who feel their trauma is stuck in their body and for those who haven't found relief through talk therapy alone. If you struggle with emotional overwhelm, flashbacks, or numbness, Brainspotting can help access the deeper parts of the brain where these experiences are held, healing them at the core.
